MID DECEMBER UPDATES & WINS

Classrooms are an integral part of a child’s educational journey. Proper ventilation, soothing colours, good lighting and proper seating are all important to ensure that a child is comfortable and is able to make the most of his time at school. A school at Vehloli was in very poor shape due to lack of proper flooring. This led to rodents and other creatures moving freely in the building, causing destruction of property and loss of books and important documents. The Foundation is helping the school build proper infrastructure. The work is already underway and is expected to be complete within a fortnight. 5th December was the day of the Foundation’s monthly meet up. The eminent invitees were Mr. Shailendra Salvi (Chairman) and Mr. Ravindra Tamaras (Treasurer) of Dadar’s General Education Institute, Rajput Sir (Headmaster) and Mrs. Sushma Shendge (Teacher) of Thane’s M. H. High School. They were very impressed with the the work the Foundation has been doing and were interested in joining hands for future endeavours. They also shared their experiences with students.
